My Profile Settings

Your profile settings serve as the command center for managing essential account details and preferences. You can find your profile settings by selecting your username in the top-right corner and then choosing My Profile from the dropdown menu.

Your profile has three main sections:

Profile Info

This is where you can see your basic account details like your name, surname, and email address.

Additionally, you will find the product organization IDs necessary for MSP Hub integration with the respective product consoles:

  • Umbrella BFG Org ID: The organization ID for the Umbrella console.

  • Secure Endpoint Org ID: The organization ID for the Secure Endpoint console.

  • Dou Org ID: The organization ID for the Dou product console.

Billing Info

Manage your billing details here. You can view and edit your billing information to ensure that your transactions are accurate and timely.

Sales Contact

Here, you can provide your contact details for the Cisco sales team to reach out to you.
