Not For Resale (NFR)

The not-for-resale (NFR) packages are intended for internal use and are designed for training or demonstration purposes. This feature allows you to set up an MSP account for products, such as Umbrella or Secure Endpoint, directly from Secure MSP Hub, without visiting the Managed Services Console.

Only one seat can be included in an Umbrella NFR package and up to 50 connectors can be added for a Secure Endpoint NFR package.

Note	Due to synchronization peculiarities between Secure MSP Hub, Managed Services Console, and Secure Endpoint, this feature is currently available only to new partners who joined after this feature was implemented. We plan to fix this issue in future releases.

In Secure MSP Hub, the NFR feature can be found under the Customer Management tab > NFR. Here, you can view available and active NFR packages and perform the following operations:
