Adding an NFR Package

Note

Due to synchronization peculiarities between Secure MSP Hub and Managed Services Console and Secure Endpoint, you can create only one Umbrella NFR at a time. Please wait until changes take effect.

To add an NFR package:

Step 1

Go to Customer Management > NFR.

Step 2

Choose the desired package and select Add.

The general information and billing contact details, including the partner's organization name, full name, and address, will be automatically populated from your account.

Step 3

In the Email field, specify email addresses of users you want to provide access with.

Step 4

Select Add.
