Adding an NFR Package

Due to synchronization peculiarities between Secure MSP Hub and Managed Services Console and Secure Endpoint, you can create only one Umbrella NFR at a time. Please wait until changes take effect. |
To add an NFR package:
Procedure
Step 1 |
Go to Customer Management > NFR. |
Step 2 |
Choose the desired package and select Add. The general information and billing contact details, including the partner's organization name, full name, and address, will be automatically populated from your account. |
Step 3 |
In the Email field, specify email addresses of users you want to provide access with. |
Step 4 |
Select Add. |
