Integration with Gradient
The integration with Gradient aims to automatically calculate and bill end users for Cisco product usage, providing a clear view of service consumption.
- What is Gradient
- A platform designed to streamline and enhance the operations of Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It offers tools and integrations to simplify tasks such as billing reconciliation, service delivery, and customer management. The platform aims to reduce manual administrative work, improve accuracy in billing processes, and provide better insights into MSP operations.
- What is usage
- In terms of the monthly billing process refers to the amount of a service or product consumed by a customer within a billing period. It is the basis for calculating charges and may include metrics such as data usage, number of transactions, hours of service, or other measurable units related to the service provided. Usage data is collected and used to generate an accurate invoice for the customer each month.
In the Integrations tab, you can find and manage your integrations. Here, you can delete or update an existing integration and quickly access Gradient to perform specific actions.
For each product, a unique customer record will be created on the Gradient side. For example, if a customer has five different products, five separate customer records will be created, each containing one product.
When new customers are added to Secure MSP Hub, you will receive a notification that an update is needed.
