Deleting an Integration

To permanently delete (disable) the integration, you must do it on both the Secure MSP Hub side and the Gradient side.

Procedure

Step 1

Delete the integration in Secure MSP Hub:

  1. Go to the Integrations tab and select Delete integration.

  2. Read the pop-up notification carefully and confirm the operation by selecting Delete.

After performing these steps, all the integration data will be removed from the Secure MSP Hub side only. The data on the Gradient side will remain intact.

Step 2

Disconnect the integration in Gradient:

  1. Sign in to Gradient.

  2. Navigate to the INTEGRATIONS tab.

  3. Locate the card for the integration you want to delete.

  4. Select DISCONNECT and confirm to complete the process.
