Sending Usage

There are two scenarios for sending usage data. Let’s explore each one in detail.

To update the integration:

Step 1

Go to the Integrations tab and select Send usage. User records for new customers will be automatically created in Gradient.

Step 2

Select the Manage account button to go to Gradient and update customer mappings.

Step 3

Return to Secure MSP Hub and select the Send usage button again to trigger usage calculation.


What to do next

In summary, the first iteration creates and maps new records, while the second iteration initiates usage calculation.
