Edit a Customer
To edit a new customer, follow these steps:

Step 1 | Navigate to the Customer Management tab. Search and locate the required customer on the list, then click on a Customer name or Pencil icon. |
Step 2 | When Customer Details page opens, go to General information section on the Customer Details page click Edit, edit the required customer and billing details. Then, select Save changes to proceed. ![]() |
Step 3 | On the Product information section click Edit, edit package and usage quantity as required. Select Save to continue. If you intend to create a trial for the customer, you can do so directly within the respective product consoles. |
