Edit a Customer

To edit a new customer, follow these steps:

Step 1

Navigate to the Customer Management tab. Search and locate the required customer on the list, then click on a Customer name or Pencil icon.

Step 2

When Customer Details page opens, go to General information section on the Customer Details page click Edit, edit the required customer and billing details. Then, select Save changes to proceed.

Step 3

On the Product information section click Edit, edit package and usage quantity as required. Select Save to continue.

If you intend to create a trial for the customer, you can do so directly within the respective product consoles.
