New Features

  • Customer Management. The Customer Management section allows partners to view and manage their customers along with their associated products and packages. Partners can perform actions such as adding, editing, and removing customers. For more information, see .

  • Product Usage. On the Products tab, MSP partners now have access to essential information about provisioned products, including the product name, the number of customers using each product, and the number of different packages associated with each product.

  • Sync Button. Sync buttons have been added to both the Customer Management and Products tabs. This allows partners to trigger the synchronization of their data from various systems with the MSP Hub, ensuring that information remains up-to-date across platforms.

  • Onboarding. To assist MSP partners in familiarizing themselves with the MSP Hub, a self-guided tour feature has been implemented. Upon logging into the MSP Hub for the first time, partners will be guided through a tour to acquaint them with the platform's functionalities.
