MSP Hub—Version 7.1.1—August 29, 2024

Updated navigation pane. We have improved the navigation pane, making it easier for you to access the needed information in Secure MSP Hub.

Enhanced the Resources tab. We have revised the Resources tab to provide easier access to program assets. You can now find product-specific sales resources, webinar content, and product terms for solutions offered in the Cisco Secure MSP Center Program. This update includes critical sales and marketing materials for Duo's trusted access solutions, helpful assets for selling Umbrella's cloud security solutions, and key resources to promote Secure Endpoint's EDR capabilities.

Updated the Trainings tab. We have replaced the SkillJar link in the Trainings tab with a link to the new Black Belt Secure MSP Center platform.

Optimized usage sending. We have optimized the process for sending usage data to Gradient. Usage is now sent only for mapped customers.

Updated the My Profile page. We have added details such as the organization ID related to your products in the Profile Info section of the My Profile page. This information can be provided to support representatives to help streamline issue resolution.

Improved customer synchronization. We have enabled synchronization of old, historical customer records from Umbrella to Secure MSP Hub. However, it will be necessary to fill in any missing details that were not required when the records were initially created.

Fixed login issues. We have resolved the login issue related to email address capitalization for Admin users. Capitalization of an email address will no longer affect the login process.
