New Features

  • Sending Usage for Mapped Customers. Implemented the feature to send usage for mapped customers on Gradient integration. This feature allows us to send usage only for customers who have been mapped to Gradient.

  • New Duo Usage Card. Introduced a new Duo Usage Card to provide a more comprehensive and detailed view of Duo usage. This will help users to better understand their usage patterns and manage their resources more effectively.

  • Redis Caching. Addedcaching to applications, whichimproves performance. This enhancement will speed up data retrieval and provide a smoother user experience.

  • Optional State Field. The State field is now optional. This change provides more flexibility in data entry and accommodates users who do not have a state field in their address.

  • Endpoints for User Interaction with Okta. This feature enhances our integration with Cisco CCI and provides more options for user authentication and management from MSP Hub side.

  • New Countries Support. Added support for new countries in the EMEA region.

  • SE Customer Dashboard Information. Added the ability to get SE dashboard information. This feature provides valuable insights and data for our Partners, helping them to better serve customers.

  • Aggregated Umbrella Dashboard. Added the umbrella dashboard. This new dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all key metrics and data, making it easier for users to monitor and manage their resources over MSP Umbrella console.

  • Umbrella Customer Dashboard. Added the umbrella dashboard for Customer Details page. This feature provides valuable insights and data for our Partners, helping them to better investigate and serve by easy access to Customer level dahboard.

  • Customer Tags. Implemented the customer tags feature. This feature allows users to add tags to customers, making it easier to categorize, search and manage customer data.

  • Fixed Admins Log in issue Admin Email to Lowercase. Fixed the issue where the admin email was not being converted to lowercase. This fix ensures that admin logins are case-insensitive, preventing potential login issues.

  • Added Descriptive Errors for Adding Admins. Improved the error messages when adding admins. This change makes the error messages more informative and helpful, making it easier for users to understand and resolve issues.

  • Added admins Roles Table. Added a table for admin roles. This table provides a clear overview of the roles and permissions of each admin, making it easier to manage admin access and privileges.
