New Features

  • Opened NPS survey. Enabled access to NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys. This allows users to provide valuable feedback, helping us to improve our services and better meet user needs.

  • Analytics MVP. Introduced the Analytics MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for tracking Product metrics. This initial version of the analytics functionality provides with essential insights and allows to track key metrics and performance indicators, helping make informed decisions for designing new features.

  • Announcement and What's New Widgets. Introduced Announcement and What's New widgets to keep users informed about updates and news. These widgets provide a convenient way for users to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and announcements, improving communication and user engagement.

  • Support for MSLA Program Type. Added support for MSLA (Unified MSP Security Offer) program type updates. This ensures that the system is compatible with the latest MSLA program requirements, enhancing functionality and compliance.

  • Zuora IDs Saving to MSP Hub DB. Implemented functionality to save Zuora IDs to the MSP Hub database. This enhances data integration and management.

Fixes

  • Map Customers Table Layout. Fixed the issue where the map customers table layout was shifted, particularly in the CW integration. This ensures that the table displays correctly, improving usability and data readability

  • Red Dot on Integrations Tab. Resolved the problem where the red dot was absent on the Integrations tab when a gradient was applied. This fix ensures that users can easily identify notifications and updates, improving user experience.

  • Address Field Space. Removed unnecessary space if no state is provided in the address field. This improves the formatting and readability of address information, ensuring that it is displayed correctly.

  • MSLA Onboarding Steps. Updated MSLA onboarding steps to reflect the latest process and requirements. This ensures that new users have accurate and up-to-date information, improving the onboarding experience.

  • Sales Contact Card. Removed the sales contact card from the MSLA profile to streamline the user interface. This simplifies the profile page, making it easier for users to navigate and find relevant information.
