New Features

  • Roles Tab on Admins management page: Added the ability to view and compare the roles of the current admin across all product consoles, providing better visibility and role management.

  • Audit Log Enhancements: Improved the Customer Creation process by adding Create, Update Delete (CUD) Audit Log. These changes enhance control, traceability, and overall audit log functionality.

  • Migration of Writable Admin Roles to MSP Hub. Access has been granted to three writable admin roles migrated from the Umbrella Product Console to the MSP Hub. The roles “Full Admin,” “Provisioning Admin,” and “Limited Admin” from the Umbrella Product Console can now be invited to the MSP Hub as Product Admins.

  • Admin Restrictions per product Removed. Removed restrictions on admin functionalities, enabling Product Admins to manage customers across all organizations without limitations. This update significantly enhances the platform's usability and flexibility, empowering Product Admins to perform their tasks more efficiently.
