MSP Hub Version 20.0.0 December 03 2025
New Features
-
Settings Management
A new Settings menu has been introduced in MSP Hub, providing centralized management for API credentials and integrations. The MSP Hub API Keys tab allows generation and management of MSP Hub API credentials (client ID and client secret) directly from the interface and save Cisco Products API Keys. This enhancement simplifies credential management and provides a more secure way to handle API authentication.
-
Duo Product View
Duo product view is now available in MSP Hub. On the Customers page, Duo product information including package type (Essentials, Advantage, or Premier) and user quantities can be viewed in the customers grid, and customers can be filtered by Duo product. The Products page now includes a new Duo product card that displays usage information and provides quick access to product details. In Customer Details, comprehensive Duo product information for each customer can be viewed, including seat counts and package details.
-
View-Only Permissions for Demo users
View-only permissions have been implemented for demo users to ensure data integrity and consistency. Demo users can now explore all features and functionality of MSP Hub without the ability to modify data. This ensures that demonstration data remains accurate and reliable for all users, eliminating the need to repeatedly refresh or restore demo content. Matching product metrics across the platform enable realistic and professional demonstrations of MSP Hub capabilities.
Improvements
-
Support Information Updates
Umbrella support information has been updated to reflect the migration to Cisco's Support Case Manager (SCM). Support cases can now be opened directly through the Support Case Manager portal.
Issues Resolved
-
Product Addition Button
An issue has been fixed where the "Add Product" button remained visible with an empty dropdown after all available products were added to a customer. The button now correctly disappears when no additional products are available.
-
Authentication and Security
Legacy API key authentication guard and related endpoints have been removed as part of security improvements. All authentication now uses modern, more secure methods.
