NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) is a comprehensive Remote Monitoring and Management platform that helps MSPs and IT departments automate endpoint management, monitor device performance, manage software updates, and provide remote troubleshooting capabilities.

• Usage data S3 Bucket development mode improved

  Implemented advanced query functionality for S3 buckets with improved development mode support, providing better environment management and data retrieval capabilities for usage data processing.

• Logging Configuration

  Introduced structured logging interceptor that captures all API requests and responses in non-production environments, significantly improving monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities for integration-level operations. Implemented structured integration-levels logging configuration for better observability and debugging capabilities.

• Optimized Deprovisioned Customer Lifecycle Management

  Enhanced status management for deprovisioned customers with improved usage tracking that properly handles zero-value scenarios, ensuring accurate billing and reporting.
