New Features & Improvements

• Role Management Enhancement

  Users can now view their assigned role directly within their profile page. This improvement increases transparency and helps users understand their access level and permissions within the platform.

• Pre-Provisioning Endpoint for Integration

  A dedicated pre-provisioning endpoint has been introduced to support seamless integration with all sales platforms. This streamlines the onboarding process for new organizations and ensures that data can be synchronized efficiently before full provisioning occurs.

• Enhanced Authentication for MSP Provisioning

  The authentication mechanisms for MSP Provisioning have been upgraded. These enhancements provide increased security and reliability, ensuring that only authorized users and systems can initiate and manage provisioning workflows.

• Displayed MSP Hub IDs and Email Threat Defense IDs

  The system now automatically generates and stores unique MSP Hub IDs and Email Threat Defense (ETD) IDs for the organizations. These identifiers are now clearly displayed in the "My Profile" section, making it easier for users to access and reference their unique IDs. This enhancement improves tracking, reporting, and integration with external security solutions.
