• Smarter Pending State Experience

  We've introduced a consistent Pending Mode across the platform. When an MSP Org is still being provisioned, the UI now clearly communicates what's available.

• Terms & Conditions Now Available as PDF

  The Terms & Conditions document is now available as a PDF, hosted on the Cisco product terms page.

• Refreshed Email Design

  New users receiving onboarding emails outside of MSP Hub will now see an updated banner image, giving communications a more polished and consistent look.
