New Features

  • Redesigned Admins Page with Dynamic Product Loading — The Admins page has been rebuilt to load product data on the fly, replacing the previous manual synchronization model. Admins now always see up-to-date product assignments without needing to trigger a sync.

  • External Admins Tab in Admin Management — A new External Admins tab has been added to the Admin Management page, allowing external admins to be invited directly without relying on synchronization.

  • Flexible Admin Deletion — The delete flow for admins has been updated to allow administrators to choose where the deletion should be applied, giving more control over how admin records are removed across the platform.

Improvements

  • Streamlined Add Admin and Edit Admin Flows — The Add Admin and Edit Admin experiences received a range of usability refinements: step names were updated for clarity, required fields are now clearly marked, button behavior and placement were corrected, tooltip support was added to the Edit Admin modal, and button widths are now consistent on small screen resolutions.

  • Success and Failure Notifications for Admin Actions — Toast notifications now appear when admin actions succeed or fail, giving users immediate feedback on the outcome of their actions.

Bug Fixes

  • Add Admin Modal No Longer Closes on Outside Click — The Add Admin dialog no longer dismisses when a user accidentally clicks outside the modal window.

  • Duplicate Invitation Emails for New Admins Fixed — New admins no longer receive two invitation emails with different contexts when being assigned a role.

  • Add Admin Step 1 Flow Corrected — Resolved a bug preventing the first step of the Add Admin flow from completing successfully.

  • Error Handling Improved on New Admins Page — Frontend error handling has been strengthened for edge cases encountered on the new Admins experience.
