• Net Wire 30 — Purchase Order Support

  Net Wire 30 payment support has been extended to all MSP Hub direct countries, previously limited to the US only. MSPs can now provide a Purchase Order (PO) number during billing setup. The PO ID is automatically pulled from Commerce and pre-populated in MSP Hub, with the ability for MSPs to edit it directly.

• Remit-To Information

  The Billing / Payment Details card now dynamically displays remit-to fields, their values, and field ordering based on data returned from the API. This ensures billing information is always accurate and up to date without requiring manual configuration.

• Login Experience Improvement for Missing SSO

  When a new MSP organization logs in with a missing SSO configuration, MSP Hub now displays a clear, neutral message prompting the user to complete the setup step — replacing the previous error icon that resulted in a confusing user experience.
