Improvements

• Multiple Full Admins Support

  MSP Hub now supports multiple Full Admins per organization. Each Full Admin has a combined set of capabilities including product administration and billing access, providing teams with greater flexibility in managing roles and responsibilities within their organization.

• Billing Admin Role for MSLA Partners

  A dedicated Billing Admin role has been introduced for organizations on the MSLA program type. Billing Admins can access the Usage tab to review usage reports in the MSP Hub console. This role is scoped to billing visibility only — Billing Admins cannot add Admins, Customers, or provision products.

• Organization Provisioning Status Endpoint

  A new API endpoint has been introduced to return the product provisioning status for an organization. The status reflects whether all required product IDs (Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Duo) are present, making it easier to track onboarding progress and integration state across all connected products.
